Temperament & Grooming Needs

The Malti Tzu is an adaptable, intelligent dog. They’re likely to be active and outgoing, if not downright boisterous, but occasionally you find the laid-back and quiet personality.

For a Malti Tzu, the most important aspect of life is family and loves to be around you. Curiosity is the thing that will probably get this breed into the most trouble. He’s happy, and always ready for a good play session.

Plan on brushing the coat a few times a week and a professional groom every six to eight weeks to keep it free of mats.
