Temperament & Grooming Needs
The Bichon Frise pups truly have it all. They are playful and loving dogs that serve to make their family members happy. They are also very intelligent and easy to train. Many Bichons enjoy participating in obedience, agility, and rally competitions and activities. Bichons also love to perform tricks and respond very well to positive rewards. These pups are very adaptable and great with other animals and children. Attentive and curious, Bichons make nice little watchdogs’. However, keep in mind, they are lovers, not fighters, and operate under the assumption that there are no strangers, just friends they haven’t met yet. These pups make great city and apartment dogs. Versatile, adaptable, and beautiful, you cannot go wrong with these precious furry friends.
Plan on brushing the coat a few times a week and a professional groom every six to eight weeks to keep it free of mats.
